We currently operate industrial cities in the Mussafah district:
ICAD I:  heavy-to-medium manufacturing, engineering and processing industries over an area of 14km².
ICAD II:  light-to-medium manufacturing, engineering and processing industries over an area of 11km².
Al Ain Industrial City: a multi-use development with a priority focus on SMEs.

Future Zones
ICAD III: light-to-medium engineering and processing businesses over an area of 12 km2.
ICAD IV and V: high value-added manufacturing, commercial and service based industries over 36km2
Energy Zone: designed to complement the oil and gas hubs already located within ICAD.
Workers’ Residential Cities: conceived to address the large demand for workers’ accommodation in Abu Dhabi.
