Two books are being published to mark Festival 2007 and the 20th anniversary of the Higher College of Technology.

Each book will be an anthology of essays, edited by Dr. Tayeb A. Kamali, Vice Chancellor of the Higher Colleges of Technology in the United Arab Emirates. Both books will carry forewords by HCT’s chancellor – and the U.A.E.’s Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research – His Excellency Sheikh Nahayan Mabarak Al Nahayan.
